一种焦化含硫废水的资源化处理方法

本发明涉及一种焦化含硫废水的资源化处理方法,将焦化含硫废水通入微滤或超滤膜分离器,废水中所含固体单质硫被截留并浓缩,经水洗纯化后得到纯硫磺;将渗透液通入纳滤膜分离器,硫代硫酸铵被截留并浓缩,经提取得到硫代硫酸铵;再将该渗透液通入反渗透膜分离器,硫氰酸铵被截留并浓缩,经提取得到硫氰酸铵,渗透液为净化水,可返回前述工段循环使用。该方法既可以将焦化含硫废水中有价值的硫和副盐分离提纯出来,创造一定经济价值,又可以提高工业用水的循环利用率,实现废水零排放,达到循环经济要求,适用于处理各种焦炉气的HPF法脱硫脱氰工艺的焦化含硫废水。

1.一种焦化含硫废水的资源化处理方法,具体步骤如下: a)将焦化含硫废水泵入微滤或超滤膜分离器,废水中所含固体单质硫被膜截留并浓缩,经水洗纯化后得到纯硫磺;渗透液透过膜进入下道工序; b)将上述微滤或超滤渗透液泵入纳滤膜分离器,浓缩液经纯化干燥后得到硫代硫酸铵晶体;渗透液进入下道工序; c)将上述纳滤渗透液泵入反渗透膜分离器,浓缩液经纯化干燥后得到硫氰酸铵固体;渗透液为净化水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,步骤a)中的硫磺经水洗纯化后,再用四氯化 碳、二硫化碳或者氯仿进行纯化。
3 .根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于步骤b)中纯化提取硫代硫酸铵采 用降温结晶法,温度范围-5。C〜5。C;将步骤a)所产生的水洗液与步骤b)所产生结 晶母液汇聚到步骤a)所产生的渗透液中,进行微滤或超滤膜分离操作。
4.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于步骤c)中纯化提取硫氰酸铵采用 降温结晶法,温度范围0'C〜15'C;将步骤c)所产生结晶母液汇聚到步骤b)所产生 的渗透液中,进行纳滤分离操作。 .
5 .根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于步骤a)所述的膜孔径为0.01~l^mi, 优选0.05~0.25|am,膜材料为陶瓷、金属或有机高分子材料,陶瓷材料为氧化铝、 氧化锆或氧化钛中的一种或者几种,金属材料为不锈钢,有机高分子材料为聚偏 氟乙烯或聚砜;膜过滤操作条件为温度5~90°C,压力0.01〜0.5MPa,膜面流速 1〜5m.s",优选的操作条件为控制温度35~55°C、压力0.1〜0.2MPa、膜面流速 3~4m.s-1 o
6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于步骤b)所述的纳滤膜材料为有机 高分子材料或无机氧化物;有机高分子为醋酸纤维素、磺化聚砜、磺化聚醚砜、 聚酰胺、聚乙烯醇或聚哌嗪酰胺;无机氧化物材料为氧化铝、氧化钛、氧化锆、 氧化铪;膜的操作条件为温度10~90°C,压力0.5〜2.5MPa,膜面流速0.1〜5nvs—1 , 优选操作温度30~40°C、压力1,0〜2.0MPa、膜面流速2〜4 nvs"。
7. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于步骤c)中的反渗透膜材料为芳香 族聚酰胺、醋酸纤维素酯或壳聚糖,膜的操作条件为温度5~90°C,压力 0.1〜10.0MPa,进料流量0.03〜15m3.h-1。
