一种节能环保的蔗糖生产工艺,它经过榨汁、板框过滤、预处理、膜过滤、膜浓缩、离子交换、浓缩、结晶、离心分离和干燥等步骤,得到蔗糖结晶。本发明的优点在于:用膜分离法代替传统的石灰沉淀法,省去了石灰沉淀步骤,缩短了工艺流程,避免了固体废弃物对环境的污染;用离子交换除杂工艺代替硫熏工艺,解决了成品蔗糖中的硫残留问题,提高了产品质量;用膜浓缩对糖液进行预浓缩,有效降低了蒸发浓缩的脱水量,减少蒸发浓缩设备的蒸发量,降低了能耗;生产和控制过程简单,质量控制稳定,生产延续性好;由于采用膜分离设备,减少了生产设备的占地面积。权利要求(3)1. 一种节能环保的蔗糖生产工艺,其特征在于,它包括以下步骤: A.榨汁:对甘蔗进行压榨,收集甘蔗汁; B.板框过滤:将甘蔗汁送入板框过滤机,滤除可见的不溶性杂质; C.预处理:采用孔径为5 μ m滤芯的保安过滤设备对步骤B中得到的甘蔗汁进行预处理,过滤温度为2(T40°C,过滤压力为O.
