PVA(聚乙烯醇)废水,你知道怎么处理吗?超滤膜浓缩+盐析

摘要:含有PVA0.5-1%左右的退浆废水先经过超滤膜浓缩到8-10%,高温透过水回用,浓缩液采用盐析法处理。效果非常显著。

聚乙烯醇,是目前发现的高聚物中唯一具有水活性的有机高分子化合物。因其具有强力的黏结性、气体阻隔性、耐磨性,及易与其他浆料相容的良好化学、物理性能,从20世纪40年代起便开始作为浆料应用于纺织、造纸、化工等行业,被作为纺织行业的上浆剂,建筑行业的涂料、黏结剂,化工行业的乳化剂、分散剂,医药行业的润滑剂,造纸行业的粘合剂及土壤的改良剂而广泛应用。

但含有PVA的工业废水,具有COD值高,可生化性差等特点,倘若排入水体,因其具有较大的表面活性使得接纳的水体产生大量泡沫,不利于水体复氧,而且还会促进水体沉积物中重金属的迁移释放,破坏水体环境。

据统计,我国仅纺织浆料耗用的PVA量就在25万吨以上,每年产生的退浆废水达2500多万吨,对环境造成巨大的压力。由于PVA的BOD5/CODCr值<0.1,使退浆废水的可生化性大大降低,增加了处理难度。

膜分离设备

国内外学者对含PVA工业废水的处理,做了大量的研究,并取得了一批重要的科研成果。在这些研究中,对PVA废水的处理方法大致可划分为三类,即物理法,化学法和生物法。
